Welcome to The Windsor Scene (Version 3.0).

The Windsor Scene originally began back in 2000, when I (Jamie Greer) began a small website to catalogue the expansive local music scene in Windsor, Ontario, both past and present. This ran for a couple of years until, together with Carly Marcoux from The Low Tones and Modern Soul Records, we assembled The Windsor Scene (Version 2.0). This site is still up and operational, but is no longer being updated. It is, however, still a great resource for some of Windsor's past glories in the music world.

What I hope to do with The Windsor Scene (Version 3.0) is to create a new nerve centre for Windsor's local music scene. Here everyone can connect and see just who all the hot new bands are, check out some of the veterans bands still rocking it out in the Rose City and also, thanks to MySpace's Friends listings, see a lot of the faces of the fans who support LOCAL music in Windsor.
